SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The Classic Scent® & Classic Design® ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States.  Additionally, The Classic Scent® has and will continue to ship merchandise to Canada & Europe, all these orders will be calculated on a per order basis, please refer to International statement below. 

 

EASY RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are very proud of the products we sell on our web site and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied or there is a problem with the merchandise, you have 15 days to return for Exchange or complete refund to your credit card, less the shipping cost.

The Classic Scent® shares your concern about the protection of your personal information online.  We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our web site.  Any information you submit to The Classic Scent® will not be sold or otherwise released to a third party.  All personal information collected during your shopping experience is use to fulfill your order or advise you of the status of your order.  If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us via e-mail or by phone.

INTERNATIONAL 

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. The Classic Scent® is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
