Returns and Exchanges

We are very proud of the products we sell here on our web site and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied or there is a problem with the merchandise you have 15 days to return for Exchange, store credit or complete refund to your credit card, less the shipping cost.

Personalized items and special order items are not returnable...

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of North Carolina will pay a 6.75% sales tax.

All other orders are exempt.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by Standard Ground Delivery using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Pricing is for orders within the continental US. All other orders will be calculated on a per order basis We pride ourselves on having reasonable shipping rates.
